- We will then arrange for a free, no obligation consultation to discuss your options and the various Equity Release loans and schemes available to you.
- We will then prepare a written report which will record clearly all our research and explain our recommendations.
- Should you then wish to proceed with an application we will help you complete the necessary application forms and send them to the chosen provider.
- Once this has been done we will liaise with the product provider and your solicitor to ensure a smooth and worry free transaction through to completion.

For Equity Release advice you can choose how we are paid, pay a fee, usually £1150 and we will rebate the commission, or choose to pay a lower fee, typically £595, and we will receive commission from the provider.
